Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize SAP ISU solutions focusing on the customer service module.

Design and implement technical solutions in SAP ISU, including enhancements, interfaces, and integrations.

Work on ABAP development, including BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and Reports related to SAP ISU.

Collaborate with functional teams to ensure the delivery of efficient technical solutions.

Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in SAP ISU systems.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in SAP ISU technical development, focusing on the customer service module.

Strong expertise in ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and Reports.

Experience with SAP ISU billing, invoicing, and meter-to-cash processes is a plus.

Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
