Technology
- AWS Java and Spring boot L1L2 Support
- The L1, L2 Support Technician is the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues with AWS Java and Springbased applications
- This role involves providing support to ensure uninterrupted service and quick resolution of technical problems
- Coordinate with customers and offshore and make sure application is running without any issues
Technical Skills Primary MUST HAVE
- Good knowledge of Java Spring frameworks and AWS
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a support environment
- Respond promptly to client queries via phone email or chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Java and Spring applications
- Document support tickets including detailed issue descriptions and steps taken to resolve them
- Escalate complex issues to L3 support when necessary
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their issues
- Maintain knowledge base articles to assist in troubleshooting recurring issues
