Technology

  • AWS Java and Spring boot L1L2 Support
  • The L1, L2 Support Technician is the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues with AWS Java and Springbased applications
  • This role involves providing support to ensure uninterrupted service and quick resolution of technical problems
  • Coordinate with customers and offshore and make sure application is running without any issues

Technical Skills Primary MUST HAVE

  • Good knowledge of Java Spring frameworks and AWS
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a support environment
  • Respond promptly to client queries via phone email or chat
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Java and Spring applications
  • Document support tickets including detailed issue descriptions and steps taken to resolve them
  • Escalate complex issues to L3 support when necessary
  • Monitor system performance and report any anomalies
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their issues
  • Maintain knowledge base articles to assist in troubleshooting recurring issues
  • Secondary Skill

  • Customer focused with the ability to manage client expectations effectively
  • Experience with ticketing systems and support tools

  • Skills

    Mandatory Skills : AWS CloudFormation, AWS EC2, AWS EKS, AWS Lambda, AWS RDS, AWS S3, Docker, Java, Microservices, SpringBoot
    Good to Have Skills : AWS API Gateway, AWS DevOps Services, React, Vector Databases and Embedding
